FAQ

How does switching between SePay and PayOS work?

Activate either provider in Settings. New checkouts use the active provider while existing checkouts complete via their pinned credentials.

Does VietBilling hold merchant funds when using SePay?

No. All payments process directly through your SePay merchant account and bank accounts. VietBilling only manages billing and subscriptions.
